Plant Pro Environmental Controller

Precision electronic control for all environmental variables. Outlets for lighting, irrigation, ventilation, and CO2. High accuracy sensors for Temperature, Humidity, and Flood. Optional Photocell (light) and CO2 sensors available. Sensors have flexible 10 ft. cables (25 ft. total with optional extensions). This allows the Plant Pro ™ to be located for easy monitoring and adjustment, even outside the grow room, if desired. The Plant Pro ™ unique simplified operation allows for easy, quick setup using only two control knobs and a large digital display. One knob to select a setting, a display to show the setting, and a second knob to change the setting. Measurements from sensors can also be displayed. Easy to use digital clock provides exact timing. CO2 control includes timed or optional CO2 sensor. Adjustable Fan CO2 Delay allows extra time for CO2 absorption by plants before ventilation fan comes on.

CO2-300 Carbon Dioxide Controller

Automatic CO2 control for bottled CO2 solenoid valves or gas fired generators

Simply set the desired CO2 level and the CO2-300 does the rest. The Sensor Unit has a display and 3 buttons (SET, +, and -). Normally it displays actual room CO2 PPM (Parts Per Million). Using the buttons, you can display and change the set point (also in PPM). The Sensor Unit is connected to the Control Unit by an 8 foot cable. The Control Unit plugs into any 120V outlet. If you wish to defeat CO2 dispensing when your lamp is off, plug the Control Unit into your lamp timer or a timer running the same schedule. The CO2 dispensing equipment (tank solenoid valve or generator) plugs into the 120V outlet on the front of the Control Unit.

LP-120S and LP-240S Lamp Timers

(Control up to six 1000 w 240V horticultural lamps)

These easy to use timers have a single Select knob that clicks to any of 16 time settings. Settings include an accelerated 18 hour day cycle running ON 6 hours / OFF 12 hours. Thirteen normal 24 hour day settings cover ON 8 / OFF 16 to ON 20 / OFF 4 in one hour increments. Continuously ON and OFF settings are also included. The Lamp Pro sequences two outlets on, 20 seconds later the next two, and 20 seconds later the final two. This reduces electrical problems. Turn off has a 5 second delay. The LP-120S (120V 15A) uses standard 120V type outlets and power cord plug. The LP-240S (240V 30A) has 240V outlets and an 8 foot power cord with unterminated wires. It can control up to six 1000W lamps.

PWX-1 and PWX-D20 Power Expanders (120V 15A)

PWX-240 and PWX-240S Power Expanders (240V 30A)

(control more lamps with your controller or timer)

PWX-1 and PWX-D20 Power Expanders (120V 15A)

Power Expanders allow you to turn on more high powered loads (such as horticultural lamps) from a timer or environmental controller. Usually the electrical outlet for your timer or controller can only service a single 1000w lamp without tripping the circuit breaker. By utilizing other outlets (on separate circuit breakers) more lamps can be added and still be controlled by your timer. These Power Expanders have ready to go outlets (120V or 240V depending on model), a 10ft trigger cord (that sends a low power turn-on signal from the timer or controller) and a power cord that plugs into the outlet on the separate circuit breaker. Multiple Power Expanders can be used to control a large number of devices.

The PWX-D20 (not pictured) is similar to the PWX-1 (pictured) except it delays 20 seconds before turning on. This allows time for a device’s start-up current surge to finish before the next device is turned on.

PWX-240 and PWX-240S Power Expanders (240V 30A)

The PWX-240 and PWX-240S (not pictured) Power Expanders are similar to the PWX-1 except they control 240V devices. The Power Cord connects to a 240V 30A service. The trigger cord has a 120V plug. This lets a 120V controller operate 240V lamps. There are six 240V outlets allowing control of up to six 1000W lamps. The PWX-240 turns all outlets on at once. The PWX-240S sequences two outlets on, 20 seconds later the next two, and 20 seconds later the final two. This allows time for the start-up current surge (“inrush”) of two lamps to finish before the next two create their inrush current . This reduces circuit breaker tripping and other electrical problems.

Gas Pro CO2 Generators and CO2-400 Controller

CO2 (carbon dioxide) is needed by plants for proper growth. CO2 can be added by burning propane or natural gas - cheaper and easier to obtain than bottled CO2. The Gas Pro uses faster, more reliable, more efficient, electronic spark ignition. When the Gas Pro is turned on, spark and pilot gas start. When the pilot is lit, spark stops and main gas turns on and is lit by pilot. When the Gas Pro turns off, all gas turns off. Spark is better than standing/continuous pilot - they must be manually lit, burn all the time, and waste gas. Spark is faster and more reliable than a glow plug - no time needed for glow plug to heat up, spark ignites immediately. Both Propane and Natural Gas models available. Each have two sizes - a six burner and a twelve burner. The Propane model includes a regulator for connection to a propane tank. Gas hose (20 ft.) included with all models. Strong 18 gage steel enclosure - powder coated for heat and rust resistance. Heat exchanger allows forced air cooling if desired.

Plug the 120V power supply (included) into a controller or timer. Alternatively, the Gas Pro allows easy connection of a CO2-400 controller. Just plug CO2-400 ’s 10 ft. cable into connector on the side of Gas Pro. Extension cable available. No separate power supply needed - it draws power from the Gas Pro. The CO2-400 has a display and buttons for showing present PPM and setting desired PPM level.
